SHIPPING & RETURNS

Delivery
I deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery costs £5.95 for a small parcel or £10.95 for a medium parcel, depending on what you order, and the exact cost is shown at checkout. I aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days. Commissioned pieces are dispatched on the date we agree.

Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order up to 14 days after you receive it, without giving a reason. Email me at megan.keech@icloud.com, then send the items back within 14 days. You pay the return postage. I'll refund the price of the items and the standard delivery charge. Commissioned and personalised pieces can't be returned unless they're faulty.

Damaged or faulty?
If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, email me within 3 days of receiving it with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. I'll cover reasonable return postage, and you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Full details are in my Terms & Conditions.
